At Bag Bliss, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your handbag, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. Items purchased during sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for refunds unless they are defective. Bag Bliss reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
